...while I try to recover enough composure to get back into my chair and operate the keyboard through the tears and stop making sounds that scare the dogs under the bed. Okay, I think I have it under control---at least I wasn’t drinking milk when I read this.
Why is the U.N. still tolerated, let alone respected as a agency of international policy? Why, exactly, in the uncalibrated charnel pits of hell is Kofi Annan still in a position of power? Doesn't the U.N. Charter include an impeachment procedure?
